Toast with Avocado, egg and balsamic vinegar. Very simple, healthy and tasty, Body fat control meal
I am not a daily breakfast eater, however, if there's going to be a morning meeting at the start of the day, putting some food into my stomach is definitely a good idea. Too much food will just make me sleepy, so, a light, simple, tasty meal is what I really need.
Ingredients :
1pc Avocado
1pc egg
1 slice of bread
a pinch of ground black peppercorn
a pinch of sea salt
a pinch of ground dried rosemary ( or any other dried herbs )
a few drips of balsamic vinegar
Instruction :
Mash avocado with a spoon, if you don't like the mashed texture, simply chop the avocado into slices / dice. then add a pinch of sea salt and ground black peppercorn for seasoning.
Spread the avocado on a toasted bread.
Meanwhile, you can pan fry an egg preferably leaving the yolk runny.
Place the egg on top of the avocado, add a few drips of balsamic vinegar and ground dried rosemary to add more flavour.
And the meal is ready, simple, easy, healthy, very tasty and it'll fill your stomach!
